This policy applies to all content generated or uploaded by users on our Services, including AI-generated coloring pages ("Generated Content").
2. Notification of Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)

- Your Contact Information: Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a written Counter-Notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or a misidentification of the content.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we will act in accordance with the procedures outlined in the DMCA. We may forward a copy to the original complaining party, informing them that we may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10-14 business days unless they file an action seeking a court order against the content provider.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the Services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Disclaimer: Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not make false claims. This policy is not a substitute for legal advice, and you should consult a lawyer if you have specific questions about copyright infringement.
