This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are processed for purchases made on our website, worldcoloringbook.com (the "Site").
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our digital services, our refund policy is strict. The AI generation process consumes significant computational resources instantly upon your request. Once credits are used or a subscription period is active, the associated costs are irreversible for us.
Therefore, as a general rule, all purchases of subscription plans and credit packs are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds or credits for:
- Partially used subscription periods.
- Unused credits in a credit pack.
- Accidental purchases.
- Dissatisfaction with the Generated Content, as the output of AI can be unpredictable.
- Forgetting to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel it before the renewal date if you no longer wish to use the service. You can manage your subscription in your account settings or by contacting our support team.
2. Exceptions for a Refund
We believe in being fair and will consider granting a refund under the following specific circumstances:

Major Technical Failure: A refund may be issued if you paid for a subscription or credits but were unable to access or use the core features of the Service for an extended period due to a verifiable technical failure originating from our platform (not from issues with your own internet or device).
- b. Billing Error: If you have been charged incorrectly due to a demonstrable billing error on our part (e.g., a double charge for the same billing period), we will issue a full refund for the erroneously charged amount.
- c. Legally Required Refunds: We will provide refunds where required by applicable consumer protection laws. For example, customers in certain jurisdictions (like the European Union) may have a statutory "right of withdrawal" within a specific timeframe (e.g., 14 days) after purchase. However, this right may be waived if you begin to use the service (e.g., generate your first image or download a page) after purchase, as you have then received the full benefit of the service.
